The grand show is eternal.

It is always sunrise somewhere;

the dew is never dried all at once;

a shower is forever falling;

vapor is ever rising.

ABOUT ME

PERSONAL

I grew up in the rural farm lands south of Buffalo, New York. I spent most of my youth deep in the woods hunting for whitetails, as well as on the banks of streams or lakes fishing for crappie, bass, trout, and steelhead. During my hunting and fishing trips I fell in love with the great outdoors, and as a result, I decided to pursue a career in Biology.

My wife Katie and I currently live Michigan. I am a postdoctoral researcher in Kim Scribner's lab at Michigan State University. When we have free time we love to explore new places, take our dog Luna for runs, and generally spend time outside.

PROFESSIONAL

I would define myself as a molecular ecologist. I strive to aid in the conservation of native fishes by gaining an enhanced understanding of vital evolutionary mechanisms acting on their populations.
